Very good value

Traded in my 2014 CTS for the XT5. So far I have had no problems. On our last trip I averaged 33 mpg (not bad for this size of vehicle). Ride is smooth and quiet. Really like the amount of rear storage. My only concern is the Cadillac CUE system sometimes does not want to recognize my wife's Apple i-phone so we can use Pandora or I heart radio (guess that we are not up in the electronic generation). - 5.0

Turned in my old 2010 Lexus RX 350 for the new 2018 Cadillac and I am pleased. We demoed the new RX but the look turns me off, the front resembling a hoover vacuum or Pontiac Aztek. They did not do a good job with the design. So we went to Cadillac as I was impressed with the new designs overall with the brand, especially the front grille and lights. We bought the XT5 Prem-Luxury at apprx 60k with the 20 inch wheels.Very impressed with the features and comfort provided. The wife loves it, as it is very pleasing for the female driver, as it is a big stable, comfortable ride. Reliability will remain to be seen but so far it is a huge upgrade to the feel compared to the Lexus. I recommend this vehicle for those with 60k to spend, definitely get the upgrades. - 5.0
Best City Crossover Out There

Let me start by saying that yes this car has the auto shut off when you are at a complete stop for more than 30 seconds. 30 seconds. I am in traffic every single day on 1604 and I35 here in San Antonio. I live 45 minutes each way from my job. This vehicle has wonderful gas mileage and can handle the speed demons on the road. The leather quality is amazing. I saw a comment on the quality. I've had this car since 2016 and the leather looks new (it's July 2019). The car is beautiful. It get so many compliments. That is a bonus has I bought it for the smooth comfortable ride and not looks. I don't recommend getting black. I've take the car for touch up paint back in twice. My coworker has the white one for the same amount of time and it doesn't show EVERY SINGLE ding. Then again...I should park further out with a black car. I love the large sun roof! Gorgeous. The GPS and Apple CarPlay are amazing feathers. I got the warranty on the electronics in the car. I am in IT and knew this was a must. When I bring it in for oil changes I ask them to check the firmware and update it when needed. Not a big deal. I'm already there. My husband has a BMW 7 series and we have an Audi Q5. The ride in this XT5 is as smooth as the BMW and as responsive as the Audi. I highly recommend this car. We prefer it over our other vehicles for road trips. Plus....the seats fold completely flat! You can put two adult bikes and two kid bikes in it!!!
